Shipping Soapstone Products
Shipping included is curbside shipping only, and customer is responsible to supply unloading help on oversize/overweight soapstone items. Any visual damage to soapstone product should be reported to our offices immediately. All our freight is fully insured. All damage claims or/and any other complaints MUST be made in writing within 48hrs, by e-mail to info@soapstones.com or fax, 201-525-0069.
Soapstone Orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 to 10 business days. Transit time can vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Any questions or to track your order, please call 877-478-8170. Most of our soapstone items are large, heavy and bulky, please be prepared to receive them.
